A cardio-based total body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. By using MAX Interval Training, the participant is pushed to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism.

Active older adults class to improve strength, flexibility, balance, range of motion, balance, and coordination. Movements can be modified to accommodate all age groups and fitness levels. (Chairs will be available for use)
