High Intensity Interval Training class that is constantly varied with functional movements that incorporate strength training, cardio, core work and flexibility. Weights, kettle-bells, medicine balls and body weight exercises will push you to your limits.
Your treadmill work will be challenging and incorporate speeds, inclines and the HIIT Method to maximize your efforts and calorie burn and improve your cardiovascular fitness. All levels are welcome; walkers, joggers and runners. Core work will focus on improving strength and tone.
