Since I was a child, I have been interested in, fascinated by, and passionate about how what we eat, how we move, and how we think, affects our bodies (and minds).
I like variety! I enjoy running, yoga, barre, spin, pilates, kayaking, & paddle-boarding. My top, with regularity, would be running, yoga, and barre—the later, are a great compliment to (and really, essential to!) running.
