Ryan Davis is a very energetic and outgoing person with a passion for fitness and exercise. He has been a boxer for 17 years and a personal trainer for 20 years. He is ACE, CPR & Spin Certified. He enjoys spending time with his family and kids in his spare time.

Our boxing workouts will improve your reflexes, coordination, flexibility, speed, power and cardiovascular fitness with calorie-incinerating workouts. You’ll learn real, effective techniques that tone the core, legs and arms while training hard and having a blast. Taught and programmed by Ryan “Dangerous” Davis who is currently a professional boxer.
