Christy Belsom is a triathlete, mother, wife, and grandmother. She obtained her Bachelors degree in Business Administration and currently holds an AFAA Personal Trainer Certification and is an AFAA Group Exercise Instructor. Her expertise is in inclusive fitness and exercise modifications. After she was in a wheelchair for a couple of months after a motorcycle accident, she quickly grew a passion for keeping the community mobile. She has been training for 15 years now.

Specialized training for those looking to learn or improve in multisport endurance training. This multifaceted training will focus on all components of Triathlons with a USAT Level II and Ironman U Certified Triathlon Coach designing your program. Your coached workouts will focus on using efficient technique for each sport, pacing your energy to build your endurance, how to fuel your body effectively, and quickly transitioning between events.
Min: 3 participants must register, Maximum of 8 participants per class.
Bicycle Safety Talk (includes USAT Rules for race day, bring helmets for inspection/fit)

Program is for members only. 8 Spots available per program. Must sign up in person at Member Services East Entrance. Payment due at time of registration. Payment plan allows AUTOMATIC payments to be set up in three week increments. Example: Member pays $90.00 to start, then three weeks into the program the remaining $90.00 will be withdrawn automatically from card on file. There is NO drop-in option. Must register for entire program. Sessions will not be prorated if the participant can only make certain days.
