Join us for a trick or treating opportunity for kids & treat giving opportunity for the adults! Come have some free fall fun at this community inspired event!
We will have food, hot cocoa, coffee, water, & soda.

D2 Men’s College Hockey- McKendree vs. SIUE at 7:30 pm
Kids 12 & under in costume FREE ADMISSION | Members admission is $4

Trunk registration is due by October 15, 2019.
Trunk Registration due by Oct. 15th, 2019
Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 decorated vehicles! Choice of prizes: Birthday Party, Personal Training Package, Learn to Swim/Skate, One BogaFit Class. Members who host trunks receive a special gift of 25% off Learn to Swim/Skate.

Kids of ALL ages...

to come & trunk or treat- they go trunk to trunk and get treats!


to bring their vehicles & treats to pass out! Set up at 4 p.m. on Friday.

McKendree MetroRecPlex Trunk or Treat Guidelines
  1. All decorated vehicles must RSVP by Friday, Oct. 15th: ephillips@metrorecplex.com
  2. No gore- please keep decorations and costumes “kid friendly”
  3. Please no toy weapons- guns, knives, etc
  4. No open flames, fireworks, or flammable materials
  5. Cars must be turned off for the duration of the event- Parking lot will be closed until 8:00 p.m.
  6. Please limit Trunk or Treaters to one visit per vehicle
  7. Parents are responsible for their own children
  8. This is an alcohol free event
  9. No outside food or beverage is allowed, but vending and concessions will be available!
  10. No pets permitted- service animals excluded
  11. Vehicle must fit in a regular parking space plus 10 feet out for possible awning/table
  12. Please bring lawn chairs if needed
  13. All candy must be individually wrapped & store bought. Please consider small toys for children with allergies or other medical needs. Some additional candy/trinkets may be available, but please bring some to pass out (est. 200+ kids)
  14. You are responsible for cleaning up your area before leaving• No electricity is available. You must provide your own generator if power is needed
  15. All trunk “runners” are of ethical intentions and are not under any legal restrictions to interact with youth
