Hi! I’m Ashley- a mom to three girls and have a passion for helping others with their health and fitness goals. I began my health and fitness journey after my second baby and remained active through my third pregnancy and postpartum as well. I fell in love with being healthy and active and decided to pursue a career in helping others on their own journey to do the same.
I am a mother, wife, and pharmacist by trade. I have been an athlete from the time I was 9 years old, playing soccer, basketball, and cross country. I became more involved in fitness when I was introduced to CrossFit in 2013. I started learning more about how nutrition along with fitness are the key to a healthier lifestyle. Having a family history of high cholesterol and having to be on medication at age 24, I put a lot of effort into learning all I could about changing my lifestyle, which led to no more medication. I wanted to share this with others. I started with my CrossFit Level 1 and then NASM-CPT and am now working on a Precision Nutrition Certification. It is the greatest feeling in the world to help someone make even a small change in their life and see a big difference. My favorite quote for clients to tell themselves is “Today I will do what others won’t so tomorrow I can do what others can’t.”
